What better way to get to your cottage

Wow! What a hidden gem this place is. You walk in the door and are immediately greeted by the friendly volunteers! Anne, Dave, Mark, and Hank were awesome and extremely knowledgeable about the displays and aircraft in the museum. If you've never been up close and personal with aircraft like the P-51 Mustang, T-6 Texan or the AD-4NA Skyraider then you have to stop by this museum. You can walk around of the aircraft that they own...provided they're not out flying. The impeccably maintained aircraft are accessible and can be photographed to your hearts content. The Docents are also available for detailed tours and are extremely knowledgeable about their subject matter. If you're in the area, you should stop by and see these historically significant pieces of flying art. It's inexpensive and easy to get to. The museum is currently open Thursdays through Saturday. The museum also does fly days" every second Saturday of the month

This was pretty cool to see. Older military plans that we're being restored. Lots of information available. Lots of knowledgeable volunteers to speak to.They even took one of the plans up which was cool to see!
